🎃👻 Jack-O’-Lanterns at Southern Pennsylvania Clay! 👻🎃
 
Get into the spooky spirit with a pumpkin carving class! 🧡 Transform a clay pumpkin into your very own Halloween Jack-O’-Lantern! All clay pumpkins will be hand-thrown on the pottery wheel by SPAC, dried to a stiffened state known as ‘leather hard’, and given to you to carve, cut, scratch, decorate, and glaze! Add your own creative touches to make your pumpkin as spooky, silly, whimsical, or wonderfully weird as you’d like! 🕸️✨
 
This class is perfect for individuals, friends, couples, or the whole family! Make it a creative outing, a fun family activity, or a chance to enjoy a little hands-on Halloween fun. One purchase gets you one pumpkin! Claim a spot to create your own Jack-O’-Lantern, or spend the same amount on a pumpkin the whole family can carve together! 🎨🍂
 
🎃 How it works:
Each ticket includes ONE clay pumpkin to carve and decorate.
Want to create together? More than one person can work on the same pumpkin, so families can share the fun!
Want everyone to make their own? Additional pumpkins can be purchased.
 
🎃 The details:
$50 gets you a larger pumpkin for class (7-8 inch x 7-8 inch size range)
$40 gets you a smaller pumpkin for class (5-6 inch x 5-6 inch size range)
One extra larger pumpkin costs $35, one extra smaller pumpkin costs $25
Multiple class times will be offered, all the way up to Halloween!
 
🎃👻Once the carving, cutting, and decorating is finished, you get to glaze your Jack-O’-Lantern right there before you leave, or you can choose from our selection of stoneware glazes, and your pumpkin can be glazed later! 🍂
 
No two pumpkins will be alike, and that’s part of the fun! Come make some memories, get creative, and bring home a one-of-a-kind Halloween decoration made by you. 🧡

The Instructor reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment! If the class has low enrollment, there is a possibility of it being canceled.
 
Parking. Our studio is located on the back side of the York Street Mini Mall- accessible via School Avenue. We do have a parking lot! It is located directly across Pleasant Street from the studio and is a 50-100 foot walk from the studio.
